台灣民政府創辦人林志昇秘書長，畢生致力於教育領域，促進台灣國際地位正常化，在上天的安排下，2019/11/6 傍晚圓滿了他此生的使命。
秘書長留下畢生著作，宣達公義、人權的普世價值及國際法理論述。
唯盼當下不正常的台灣現狀，得到正常的國際地位。
期望同心們及關懷的大衆，衷心祝福、祈願，天佑台灣！

The Secretary-General 
Dr. Roger C.S. Lin (LIN, CHIH-SHENG), 
the founder of Taiwan Civil Government, who devoted his life to the field of education and promoted the normalization of international status of Taiwan, has accomplished his mission on the Evening of November 6, 2019 under the arrangement of God.
 The Secretary-General had written books for advocating justice, the value of human rights and the juridical expression of the international status of Taiwan. 
 I hope that with the influence of Dr. Roger C.S. Lin, Taiwan will have a normal international status in the near future. The members of TCG and the people who care about Taiwan, please join me to pray for Taiwan. God bless Taiwan!
